CARE+USE: Lather using a bit of warm water while you’re in the shower, bath, or at the sink. Apply directly as you would a shaving cream, & shave with a good razor. The Shave Bar can be used with a traditional lather brush, but you will need to use more water than with traditional shave soaps, as we keep our water content very low. Dry out between uses.

Simple Alchemy Co was created as a response to the growing single-use plastics problem we’re facing. 18 billion pounds of it makes it into our oceans every year. We went on a search for plastic-free goods, and quickly became frustrated by the many companies claiming to be eco-friendly, but who still package most of their products in non-compostable, rarely recycled containers. We decided to launch our own line. We started this dream together just before we got married, when we still lived in a 400 square foot studio apartment. In just over a year, we more than doubled our space as well as our production.
