Alternative bamboo and recycled wood-based paper towels have been available for years, but anyone who’s used them knows they aren’t very good: thin, non-absorbent, and prone to breaking.

PlantPaper Towel is the first-ever product to apply Through-Air-Drying to bamboo, the world’s fast growing and most sustainable source of fiber.

Unlike conventional paper making, Through-Air-Drying blows heated air through the pulp fibers, producing a porous, three-dimensional structure with microscopic air pockets that deliver faster uptake, stronger capillary action and greater liquid retention.

Ingredients / Materials

100% bamboo. FSC-Certified, carbon-neutral bamboo, specifically the neosinocalamus affinis species, and not mixed with wood pulp or other recycled papers. Paper towels are also free of toxic chemicals, bleach, formaldehyde, and PFAS!
